Today I will be training alone, I mean for the long dist. Haiz...so lonely. My workout on today was 50mins slow jog, thats fun but I'm training so not really fun for that and only training. Coach wants me to run the hill behind our school then run pass GYPS then our school and continue same road again. When I run up the hill was scary lah , I alone only leh plus thats is like going to rain like that , the sky so dark. I don't dare to run pass lor but 没办法still must run must complete the 50mins slow jog... After training, all the sec2 having the don't know what briefing for the choosing subject stuff then the parents must go. Of course my dad goes and bla bla till it finish I went home.

Its a Saturday. Morning I went to buy breakfast for my family members, then I bought roti prata for myself. After I ate it ,I still felt hungry then I went down to the hawker centre again to buy Wanton Mee. HAHA. I very 贪吃 right? In the afternoon, I go Toa payoh national library with my friend. Borrow some books, after that went home. In the evening I went jogging with my friend.

Sunday!!! Watch disc from the morning until the afternoon then my dad called. I went to Toa payoh again to meet him because on saturday I said I wanna buy clothes haha. Reached Toa le , walk walk walk, then I saw Tan Jun Jie then I ignored him....After that buy le , went home . At night when to the Pasa Malam with my friend.

Today I went to school quite early because I got some maths question don't know how to do then went to school early to find expert haha. History I was so sleepy lor. After school got maths remedial went there for half and hour then end class because other teacher using the room then our maths teacher also angry . I went training with the crazy Gina then Cress , Janelle and Patricia. Today training was fun lor , I'm getting High again. 1.2kmx3 Yay!!! xD !!! So Fun LOL!!!

Got training in the afternoon and its quite fun lah, but before training starts all of us were just in a mess lah. Actually all of us was going to bishan stadium to train but when I went there I saw alot of Mayflower Sec people , I guess they were having their heats, then Teo Yang message me the venue has change to Yio Chu Kang Stadium, that what coach said to him then I go take MRT. When I reach not long after the guys reach , then we were waiting for coach and Mr Han. When we were going to do our warm-up , Mr Han called Teo Yang, then he said he was not inform , his voice was like very angry like that lah ,thats what Teo Yang said , At last when the rest of the Track team comes we get scolded ...

After school having Science remedial for just 45mins , I feel like I'm wasting time there lor. Finished le I go for the CL practice...

Today will be my day cause our school having Sport Day, I was so happy and high... HAHAHA! All of us will be release at 11am then by 1pm everyone must reach there. After class I straight away chiong to meet them. All of didn't eat lah then all of us was really very hungry. After that we go meet Kimberly , she say go to hall then we will have our last practice in the hall. Go to stadium practice once more then alot of pupils were there le, I was very scare lah. After we assemble , all those who participate go down to the track there. Not long after its rains, I sian diao .. then went up put make-up I was looking damn funny lah. Waiting for the rain to stop, after abt 1hour plus the rain stop but Mr Tan announces that the Sports Day postpone I was really really sian diao ,I was wasting time there lah. Later when everybody goes I go training with Mr Han , Felicia, Sin Cheng , Sherman ,Wei Kwang and Racia. The training was fun

11/03/08-
Morning went to school for Science remedial, After that straight away went home because my family and I going to my Aunt house and look for my BaoBei cousin. Then we play till the night then my aunt brought us to eat Crab its nice lor I love crab. Then went home.
12/03/08-
Went to school with Janice cuz got CL,I went there for abt 45mins then went to meet Mr Han and the others then going Bedok Reservoir for cross country. We first went to Temasek Poly for our warm-up because of the rain, Then Mr Han told us that Temasek poly was his previous school. He studied here . The school was big lor and very nice . Ok I have decide next time when I graduate I will come Temasek to studied so now I must work pretty hard. Continue.... After that we jog under the rain to the point where everybody register there, we saw alot of people . The race were delay by about 30mins because of the heavy rain . Girls under 14 starts first ( I join the B Girls because its a team) next, Boys under 14, Its going to be our turn the its rain cats and dogs again. Haiz... we wait again , a few minutes later the person called us to get ready he is going to bring us to the starting point. Reached le , Everyone of us is ready then Then person say because of the lightning alert we will wait . All the people were wet lor , At last they annouces that the race will be postpone to friday LOL!!!

Morning , I change bag with Yu Fang. Then during the last period Cheah Hao farted I laugh till lyk siao lyk that cuz I sit beside him and it very loud and clear.At first, we were all doing our correction then when I was writing until half I heard something sound lyk farted then I turned to Cheah Hao, he still said Oh Oh. Then he say sorry sorry,I was lyk siao lyk tat lor keep laughing.
After School I change back my bag with Yu Fang. Go canteen for my lunch, as I having the High Jump later. Still got time I do my homework then now no more homework for me. I get first for the High Jump Girls C'division. Second was Rachel, Third Bin Hui ,Forth Pei Qi and fifth is Racia. After all I went home. (:

4/3/2008-
Yay!!! I was so happy today cuz I running my 1500m final today and I won I'm the 2nd Hepee! There was a ttal of 8 people running. The 1st was Naomi, 2nd Charis , 3rd Qi Yin, 4th Felicia, 5th Ying ying , 6th Jia Xin , 7th Farhana and 8th was Winnie . It was a good race my timimn g was 6.53mins okok lah 9secs more I can win Naomi le , her timing was 6.44mins and Qi Yin was 6.54mins. Then the B'boys Teo Yang was the 1st then follow by a guy I think his name is Jia Ming then 3rd was my kor Sin Cheng. It was a fun race for mr lah cuz I not even once run before 1500m and heard that its very tireed but after the race I was so energetic maybe because I won lol. C'girls & B'girls were combined so only got 3 medals.

Having lesson... Then PCCG the last period, I was almost falling asleep.LOL then after school I went to CL awhile to memorise the new step. After that went training , but it was raining so jog around the canteen then stetch. Warm-up finish le 50mins slow jog for girls and 70mis slow jog for guys. It was cold at first then getting hotter and hotter lol . Oh ya we getting our new jersey today , alot of them(guys)were wearing it. I want to wear lor but nobody accompany me lol . Then after all the workout I having a high jump practise in hall with some of my friends and coach. It was fun lor. Tml I having high jump final Yay!!! Hope I can get a GOLD medals for the C'division. (:

Hello! Didn posts for a few days le . 28/2 I having my heats but at last I didn run because of the rain... -.- Then postpone till dunno when lol , 200m,400m and 1500m left . Yesterday 29/2 four years once , to me its a special day lol . Today Edrick house having a birthday party (but today is not his birthday) , its was fun everyone one of us drop inside the pool and all wet lol ... ((Sorry dun have the mood to posts))
